When I was in high school, my analysis teacher used to encode little messages for us in matrices. As I was thinking about the vault scene, I remembered how much fun I had decrypting them. While I’m sad I had to cut out my mini-detective sequence, I think Anor scoffing at the matrix got the point across just as well- that he’s a little too clever for his own good.

Ashes is now on break for a while! I will try not to make this break longer than a month. I have some awesome guest art lined up, as well as some fun extras, so please keep checking back each week!
