And that’s a wrap for Chapter 8: Take My Hand. Next week will be the chapter special, and then we start Chapter 9: A Twisted Reflection. 😀
Oh man, I really hope Teze takes his OWN advice and gets out of there sharpish.
Also, I’m interested in how the shapeshifting works – I’ve just twigged they have clothes after they shift forms, does that mean that it’s more of a ‘glamour’ thing rather than an actual shape change, or do the clothes change too? Or can they make clothes for themselves at the same time? (Sorry, I did a story with werewolves, and I had to figure out how to approach the whole clothes thing, so I’m interested!)
My general excuse is just ‘it’s magic, so anything’s possible’; there’s no real physical explanation behind why their clothes are still there when they shape-shift. The real reason is because it’s a PG-13 comic and I didn’t want to interrupt story flow trying to censor naked daemons while they scramble to find clothes. XD
Ha ha ha! Yeah, fair enough, it’s a tricky one to manage … But I think ‘it’s magic’ is a suitable excuse in this world! I mean, you can only argue about the physics of shapeshifting for so long before you have to admit that it is, in fact, completely impossible anyway XD
