Looking at the fifth panel, it suddenly struck me that Arra’s (and Strake’s) designs seem to be heavily influenced by horses. It’s not relevant, but I’m curious to know if that was on purpose. Also, he speaks!! Does that mean he can get a mention in the World section outside of Sleet’s entry?

Yes! Their design was based on horses. 😀 And yes to the second question too- later Arra will be getting his own ‘world’ profile. Though non-talking characters would get profiles as well as the talking ones if they are an important part of the plot.
