I thought it would take me months to build, but after less than a week of furious coding and forgetting to eat or sleep, the site redesign is pretty much finished. It’s not perfect, but it should be a little less cluttered than it was, and it’s now mobile-friendly.

A few things are still a bit messy and I’m not positive I can fix them. If you’re viewing the site on a device narrower than 978px but wider than 600px (the threshold at which it switches to the mobile theme), some elements such as the comic thumbnail display on the main page and the menu bar will get crowded. If you’re viewing the site on a browser much wider than 978px, the site is still very narrow. I tried to fix these things, but I wasn’t able to because of WordPress’ built in mechanics overriding my code. Maybe someday in the future I’ll have the knowledge and energy to get that cleaned up, but for now all I can do is suggest you try to view the site in landscape mode on tablet devices and use cmd+ to make the site bigger in your desktop browser.

I still have a few things I’d like to tweak over the next few weeks, but all the core stuff is finished. Enjoy the new look and the mobile-friendly site!
