I’ve seen a picture of someone (Anthro) wired on coffee, saying ‘a little more, and i’ll never have to sleep again’ or something like that.
Half life of caffeine is roughly four hours. Know that number. Also, Monster Rehab is great for recovery in the morning…as well as lots of B complex.
